Ex Otter and Fish. Reopened a few weeks ago as La Vita. Went last night for the 1st time. PACKED. Extremely popular and rightly so. Excellent food and service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Picture is of the Sea Bass. Delicious.

A friend & I called for breakfast 6/8/25. Warm welcome & shown to our seats at 11-10 it was empty. Order taken for drinks & arrived swiftly then food order taken. Food took a little while to arrive but when it did beautifully presented, nicely cooked & quality produce. The wait is well worth it & great value for money. Highly recommend a visit.

Great food with enthusiastic service. Only issue of note - no Chianti in an Italian restaurant! Fortunately our helpful waiter recommended a nice red wine to go with our food choices 👍

The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of energy, which really added to the overall experience. It felt like the perfect spot for a relaxed evening out. On top of that, the value for money was outstanding—high-quality food and service at very reasonable prices.

Such a lovely pub and the friendliest service. We had a great lunch and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the pork belly and the white bait! Goats cheese parcel was also a winner!

Been to many Italians over the yrs but this was one of the best! Great service, great food and great drinks! My main was unreal but my partners seafood dish was outstanding. Il defo be coming back! Well done La Vita

Booked ahead to be certain of being served on a Saturday evening. Greeted warmly on arrival. Good selection of drinks and menu options. Chose mackerel starter and cod wrapped in parma Ham main - both were well prepared and presented. Already plotting a return in 2023 (after all it is more than 250 miles away from home address)
